A native of Saint Charles de Bellechasse, Quebec, Lacroix has degrees in art history and literature from Laval University. The erudite and multidisciplinary artist has created his works on strong cardboard or paper, utilizing mix media techniques and woodcarving. His works have a poetic and symbolic approach.
Lacroix’s art is found in the collections of Desjardins Confederation, the National Library of Quebec, Provigo distribution, the Laurier Museum of Arthabaska, L’Arthothèque of Laval University, Caisse Populaire and other important corporate and private collections throughout Canada, the United States and Europe.
