John Miller’s iconic sweeping Cornish landscapes and vivid paintings of the Isles of Scilly established him as one of the regions most popular artists. His paintings combine magnificent blues to highlight the skies of his seascapes and lighter shades to accent low horizons. Often he would paint the scenes he viewed from his beach house in Lelant, producing some of his most famous works.
