Ron Eckert (1942-) has been a practicing visual artist for over four decades. A self described quiet and self contained artist, Eckert has explored extensively the mediums of painting and printmaking.

Eckert has sought to define and seek connections to himself, his Vancouver environment, and the visual relationships between media and technology. These connections manifest themselves throughout his work.
