Transitioning from successful business man to artist, Nathan Letovsky pursued studies at the Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal and L’École des Beaux-arts de Montréal to become a prolific creator of masterful paintings.

Nathan Letovsky was born in Montreal, Quebec. He studied at various art institutions throughout Quebec including painting at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, drawing at l’Ecole des Beaux-Arts, along with studies at the Saidy Bronfman Centre.

He is a student of Stanley Crosgrove, Arthur Lismer, as well as other established Canadian painters.
He was very active participant in some of the most exciting times of the Quebec Artist Revolution.

Inspired by the works of German artist Max Lierbermann, Nathan took to developing his own style of abstract painting, also incorporating expressionism into his style.

His body of work mostly consists of landscapes and non-objective abstract paintings.
His studio is in the Quebec Laurentians, where he spends his time continuously creating new works.

From his studios in Montreal’s Old Port and in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, he produced landscapes and abstracts that have been favoured by private and corporate collectors alike.
