Born into a family of artists, Anait Abramian loved painting from a young age. Nature inspires her, as does the complexity of human beings and everything related to life. She always creates works that are interrelated and uses a technique that best suits what she wants to express. Her happiness is to live in and around art. She studied at the Alexander von Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Industry in St. Petersburg (V. Mukhina) 1975-1980 (BA) and Panos Terlemesian College of Fine Art, Armenia 1965-1969 (DCS). Solo exhibitions include Palais de Bondy, Lyon, France, Victoria Hall Gallery, Westmount, Canada, Armenian Cultural and Educational Center, Montreal, and others.
