The artist Michel ALLARD, now known as AVEL (“wind” in Breton) studied art history at the University of Montreal, in graphic arts and decoration. He works and exhibits mainly in Quebec and France. After teaching plastic arts, he moved towards interior design, graphic design and computer graphics. Several of his works (paintings and watercolours) have been chosen to illustrate books and record covers.
