Canadian artist Robert-Émile Fortin was born in Hull, Quebec in 1945. In 1974, Fortin devoted his life to his artistic profession, which gradually moved from abstraction to naive popular art. He used a variety of mediums including acrylic, oil, screen printing and metal sculptures.
