Juan Aquino was born in Lima, Peru studied drawing at the National School of Fine Arts in Lima and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from the University of Quebec in Montreal.  Aquino has participated in solo and group exhibitions in Canada, Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua and the United States.
