Lucie Jolicoeur Côté was born in Montreal (Quebec) in 1932. After studying art history at the University of Montreal, she studied engraving at the Atelier Graff and the Saydie Bronfman Centre in Montreal.

In 1992, she did an internship at the Academia Raffaello in Urbino, Italy. In 1998, she received the First Honorable Mention at the 3rd Biennale L’Art et le Papier organized by the Jean-Claude-Bergeron Art Gallery.

Her works, exhibited both in Canada and internationally, are part of numerous private and public collections, including those of the Conseil des arts de Montréal and the BAnQ, the National Bank, the Bank of Montreal, Hydro-Québec, Énergir, Loto-Québec, Ernst & Young and Microsoft.

Lucie Jolicoeur Côté lives in Montreal and works at Atelier Circulaire since 1991.
